1. What is Spyxan?

Spyxan is the most reliable monitoring solution for iOS and Android devices.

2. How does Spyxan Works?

Spyxan is an account-based monitoring solution. You don't need to download any application on your phone or install any software on your computer. When you want to spy on an iOS device, you need to know the iCloud ID of the owner of the target device. To spy on Android devices, you need to install a plugin on the target device. 3. What devices are supported by Spyxan?

Spyxan is compatible with most iOS and Android devices, without the need of rooting or unlocking. Please visit the Compatibility Page to learn more.

4. Where can I see the data of the monitored device?

From the dashboard of your account, either in the web browser or in the application. To see how the data is displayed on the Spyxan Dashboard, see this demo.

5. How often is the monitored data updated on the Spyxan dashboard?

The Spyxan monitoring application installed on the target device automatically collects data every four hours. Also, every time you log in to the Spyxan account, a new sync request will be activated to make sure you can see the latest data. You can also manually update the data displayed in the Control Panel by clicking on the sync icon.

It usually takes some time to complete the synchronization process, depending on the size of the data collected and the Internet connection speed of the target device. It will also consume a considerable amount of battery, especially when the monitored data is only collected via 3G or 4G networks which is not always stable and strong.

6. How many devices can you monitor at the same time?

The Spyxan monitoring service is currently authorized on an account basis. You can monitor one device with an account. So if you would like to monitor a dozen or hundreds of devices at the same time, please send us inquiries to customize the monitoring solution.

7. How can I uninstall Spyxan?

If you are an Android user and suspect that Spyxan is illegally installed on your device, you can uninstall it by following these instructions:

7. What happens if I cancel the subscription, or disconnect thetarget device from my Spyxan account?

All information of the target devices will be removed from our server, and the Spyxan monitoring application will stop collecting data from the target device. You can also uninstall the app manually from the target device.

8. How can I report any abuse or violation of my privacy?

If you find out that your devices are being monitored by others using Spyxan's software or service without your permission, please report the abuse/violation and provide us with the necessary information, so that we can terminate the monitoring service and block the offender’s account.
